How to run faster--- what i know and how to

Running faster takes a lot of hard work as you have to push your body to the max.. to its boundaries to be able to expand your maximum speed in running.. Eating right and tanning every other day is needed.. Eat plenty of vegetables and non processed food for your best chance of running faster... Time yourself or you will never know you are running faster it may sound obvious but many people dont... set goals and targets and strive to reach these goals this will help motivate you. Create a timetable so you know when you must train and stick to it... Really the only way you are going to run faster is by training hard and having a healthy diet and lifestyle!
